Our Proposal:

Description:
Our first proposal was to split both parts of the event and organise the Diamond Show in a different tent from the dinner, so that both functions could be prepared with the necessary care and get the full attention of the attendees.
We designed a show around the central theme of minerals, ore, pure nature, etc.
Although they were very feminine and elegant, our stylist’s costumes were made of rough fabric in natural colours.
The stage was designed as a square catwalk, running around a pond in the centre of the tent, so that the models could walk around and come very close to the public, installed on raisers around the stage.
To increase the visibility even more, a cube of 4 vertical video screens was hung over the pond, on which close-up images were shown as they were captured by actors equipped with tiny finger cameras.
The show was not only composed of a succession of models and jewels but was also enlivened by scenic moments, such as a primitive dance of ethnic characters, digging steaming minerals out of the pond and a cantata performed by an operatic soprano. The masterpiece of the collection was presented by Sophie Marceau who participated as a very special guest.
After the Diamond Awards show, the guests were invited to the second tent in which the gala dinner took place – this was a completely transparent tent with a view of the lake over which we ended the night with a superb sound and light show.
