All Alice events are high quality products…

…but they’re not all big budget extravaganzas and we’re not the most expensive on the market. We know our competitors’ prices and we strive to maintain an average rate….a fair price for an excellent product.

…every project is produced and co-ordinated by a small and efficient team. Each budget reflects the cost of this team, not the cost of our reception desk, conference room furniture and company cars. Once in a while, we even let friendly clients buy us a beer! Joking aside, the real advantage that this team approach offers is that we can rapidly react to changing needs; the team can be doubled or tripled in size instantly to solve specific problems and in our experience, you’ll always need more hands on deck than originally planned in the days and hours before your event is launched.
We have a very flat organisation, with lots of specialists and a small number of administrative staff.

This means that the main part of your budget goes into producing your event, not covering our costs.
